"i had a great experience at the dubuque store, compared to other motorcycle dealerships this dealership will walk you through the diffrent bikes and fit you with the bike the suits you the best, they allow you the time to look everything over and dont put the sales pressure on you like a vast majority of dealerships do,
the sales ladys in the clothing department are great as well they will show you what some of the most popular styles are and will take the time to make sure you have the gear you need and it fits you the way it should to make your riding experience that much better

"I came into your store for the first time saturday since it changed owners. I was in their with a friend, and I was looking around and I decided to try on some clothes. When I came out of the dressing room Dana was right there to help me out. She was very honest! I love going to a store where a sales person can be honest with you, and is not just trying to get you to buy something. She showed me a few more things that just came in. She was very helpful, and a wonderful personality! Great employee to Dubuque Harley Davidson. Brenda was also very nice as I left the store. I will definately be back with the great customer service! "Our Sales agent was awesome, very friendly and helpful. We rode in for the opening and ended up riding home on a new bike! The sales price and trade value was by far the best after looking in MN and WI beforehand. With a better hand off/delivery program, this would definitely have been a five star experience. If you are considering a trade or new purchase, I recommend that you ask for Dave Hogan, the kind of guy you would go for a drink with after the sale."

My only complaint up until now has been that once I moved away from the Madison WI area they were too far away. It's great to once again have the dealer who cares in my neighborhood.
